Shipping information
Lotions & Potions use two carriers to ship orders: USPS (US Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).
USPS is faster transit time and less costly for most orders. You must have a mailbox of some sort, or otherwise, tell your postal carrier where to deliver the package. For heavy cartons containing many products or gallons, we must ship via UPS Delivery. When you are checking out of the web cart, you are given several shipping options; the choice is yours. If there is an issue, we will contact you by email or phone.
Once a package is delivered, the USPS or the UPS carriers will mark their computers DELIVERED and will note WHERE or to WHOM it is delivered. We are NOT responsible for the package once it is delivered, so look for it, if it was not handed directly to you, or put in the mailbox, and if left elsewhere, we are not responsible. Therefore, inform your carriers in advance, where there is a safe place. We cannot guarantee the timely delivery of your order since that is up to the carriers. We do guarantee to ship your order in a timely fashion between 2 and 4 days, depending upon the season. Should we feel that there is a more efficient way to ship your order, we will automatically use the better carrier, as long as the change will not delay the arrival of your order. IF you have only one preference, let us know at the time of ordering.
Please note that the charges for shipping are slightly greater than the actual cost of the carrier. The additional costs are called Handling fees, which is normal and customary with all vendors. Handling includes labor for wrapping for packaging materials, such as boxes, tape, padding, and all packaging concerns and the labor to deliver to the carrier. We keep these costs very low, compared to most that we have seen.
Sales and Availability
This Web site catalog lists the price and availability of items as of the most recent updates. We strive to keep information continually up-to-dated. Store Credit
Lotions & Potions store credit is only redeemable for the purchase of Lotions & Potions private label products on our website. Lotions & Potions store credit has no cash value. The use of store credit may require a minimum purchase to be used, set at the time of desired use. Lotions & Potions store credit may expire if not used within thirty days of issuance. The acceptance of Lotions & Potions store credit will be determined solely by Lotions & Potions. We are not responsible for records of balance or usage of store credit in your account, and we are not responsible for the loss of any store credit do to any reason or circumstance. We are not responsible for any tax reporting regarding store credit used by you in lieu of a cash payment.
Limited Warranty / Return Policy
Purchasers may return items within 15 days of purchase. Custom-blended or custom scented body products may not be returned. To return all other items, please follow these instructions to ensure your return is processed properly: To return an item, just contact us for prior authorization and inform us of any issue via email to LotionsPotionsPhx@aol.com. If you are in the area and with prior authorization, you may return the item in person to the address on the website. You must retain the original invoice received in shipment.
Depending upon which item is returned: Our only obligation under this warranty is limited to store credit or to replace for the original product received. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, nor any other damages, or for any cost of shipping of a returned product. Please note: any attempt to return items not purchased from Lotions & Potions will void this limited warranty, and those items will be returned to the purchaser when we receive return postage from the purchaser.
